We will be performing scheduled network maintenance to migrate our dark fiber backhaul between our EWR5 and NY2 facilities.
Service Impact:
Colocation services located in EWR5 may experience a brief service interruption during this maintenance.
For other services, we are implementing mitigation steps to minimize disruption; however, a brief interruption cannot be fully ruled out.
We do not expect downtime for the full 3 hours this maintenance is scheduled.
Purpose of Maintenance:
This work involves migrating the existing backhaul to new switching infrastructure to improve network capacity and reliability between the facilities.
Our engineering team will perform the migration in a controlled manner and expect any service interruption to be minimal.
